The other day we had to find a company’s service centre to have a product repaired. It is located is a newly developed area, and Google Maps is not up to date, so we had to drive the area around to find the correct street. We eventually find the right street, and we scour it on foot for the shop front, finally finding it. Why is there no sign, whereby we could have found the service centre immediately while driving past? We asked why – they have not yet got council approval for the sign. How long have they been there? Three months!
